Try out Artec 3D scanning solutions at Taipei International Mold & Die Industry Fair

Team Artec will be showcasing Artec handheld 3D scanners at Taipei International Mold & Die Industry Fair, the region’s major event for automated production, tooling and engineering technologies. Artec Eva and Space Spider are truly mobile and easy-to-use scanning solutions, which capture even the sharpest edges and very tiny parts of small and medium-sized objects to produce high-quality 3D models. Either scanner can be integrated into an automatic scanning system to reduce user involvement and scanning time to the minimum. For instance, an international group of engineers and researchers, including from the Visual Computing Research Center in Shenzhen, China, has effectively mounted Spider to a robotic arm to achieve unparalleled scanning speed and quality even when working with the most elaborate surfaces.
